APPLICATION PROCEDURES
If you would like to attend S.A.L.T., please complete the following:
- Fill out the form at the bottom of this page so we can send an
application form to you.
- Fill out the application form, including the Student Life Form,
and mail it to S.A.L.T. Remember to send in the application fee of $ 25.00.
- Make sure you have answered all the questions and have also enclosed
your personal testimony. Please send a photo with your testimony.
- Make an appointment with the doctor or local nursing station to
fill in the medical form.
- Have your pastor and one other person fill in the reference forms.
Make sure they fill in these forms as soon as possible.
Once we have received your application, student life form, testimony,
medical, and references, we will make a decision as to whether or not you will be accepted at S.A.L.T. We will
contact you as soon as we have made a decision.
Once a student is accepted at S.A.L.T., we will send out the Student Handbook. This Handbook will help you be aware
of the basic guidelines and requirements. If you have any questions, please contact us. We are here to help you
develop and find your ministry in the Body of Christ.
